Cyprus Web Solution will use by reasonable endeavours to provide the Services in accordance with any timescale set out on the Order Confirmation/Contract, but will not be liable to "You" where, using those endeavours, it fails to meet any timescale. "You" will supply in a timely manner all information, instructions, review and feedback reasonably required by Cyprus Web Solution in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Contract and will appoint a representative who is fully empowered and authorised to provide the same. Cyprus Web Solution will supply you with an estimate of costs involved for the products or services you have requested prior to any work commencing. Contract of Agreement
Upon agreement of service and/or product to be provided to "You" the percentage of funds to be deposited with Cyprus Web Solution before commencement of service and/or product will be graded between 30% to 50%, according to services contracted for and "You" shall provide, no longer than 1 month after completion, the remainder of monies agreed upon by "You" and Cyprus Web Solution for the completed service and/or product. If the agreement is cancelled after work has commenced, "You" will be liable for any costs for purchases or labour made on “Your” behalf incurred up to and including the date of cancellation. "You" agree to not redistribute any product or/and service, in part or in whole provided to you by Cyprus Web Solution, via any form of transmission including, but not limited to email, download, broadcast or print for the sole purpose of providing to a third party, either freely or paid, for purposes other than those to which the product and/or service was originally intended and agreed upon by "You" and Cyprus Web Solution.
Cyprus Web Solution does not under any circumstances accept responsibility or accountability for the product and/or service provided to "You" to provide sales and purchases from "Your" web site. Cyprus Web Solution holds no guarantee that the product or/and service provided to you, when used in conjunction with "Your" product and/or service will provide revenue as "Your" intended purpose.
Cyprus Web Solution Web Site reserve the right to use examples of products and/or services created by Cyprus Web Solution for our own promotional purposes. Cyprus Web Solution also reserve the right to use elements of any design created by us again in other web sites that we design. Hosting & Maintenance
Cyprus Web Solution Web Site shall with reasonable endeavours to make available to "You" at all times the server and the services but Cyprus Web Solution shall not, in anyway, be liable for interruptions of service or down-time of the server.
"You" agree that Cyprus Web Solution will suspend or terminate access to the services provided without notice to "You" if "Your" account becomes overdue. Cyprus Web Solution will not in anyway be responsible for any loss or damage to "You" or any other party as a result of such suspension or termination. Cyprus Web Solution may request "You" to resolve any breach of this agreement. If "You" fail to resolve any such breach within 30 days from the issuing of such a request by Cyprus Web Solution, Cyprus Web Solution is entitled to view "You" as having committed a material breach and reneged "Your" obligations under the agreement and to terminate the agreement without further notice. With termination of this Agreement, all monies owing by "You" to Cyprus Web Solution are immediately due and payable. Ownership
“You” will unconditionally guarantee that any text, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, trademarks, or other items supplied are owned by “You“, or that “You” have the written permission to use them from the rightful owner and indemnify Cyprus Web Solution from any claim or suit arising from the use of such items supplied by the client. These terms and conditions are applicable to “You” upon your accessing the Site. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be modified or terminated by Cyprus Web Solution without notice at any given time and for any given reason. “Your” use of the Cyprus Web Solution Site will be deemed as acceptance of the terms existing at that time.
